The graphic of the "Royal Vilnius" collection was created by designer Julija Janus.
The Vilnius love map contains the buildings of the old town of Vilnius in a thoughtful order. From left to right, the most iconic places in Vilnius are associated with the legendary royal couple: Barbora Radvilaite and Žygimantas Augustus. Their love story in Vilnius took place in and near the Palace of the Lords, where you can now find the remains of the tunnel floor of the royal love story and the images and sculpture-bust of Žygimantas Augustus. Vilnius Cathedral - where the famous couple got married secretly. St. Ana's church, Barbora Radvilaitė prayed there. Castle Street, Dawn Gate, through which Barbora went to Krakow to be crowned queen and returned to be buried in the Vilnius Cathedral. And, of course, the image of the monument to Barbora Radvilaite is painted next to the Jesuit church and monastery, the crown of which, when standing at a certain point on Vokiečiai Street, is placed in perspective on the head of Barbora's silhouette.
Romantic Vilnius unfolds in one drawing of a royal love story also because its old town is recognized by Unesco as one of the 8 most romantic capitals of Europe. This recognition motivated us to create the Vilnius love map collection.
