Return policy

RETURN
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

One-off items with customer design. (Items with your photo)

Gift vouchers

(We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.)

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to reasons beyond our control;

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the money will be returned to your card, bank, or PayPal account within a certain number of days.

DELAY OR NON-FULFILLED RETURN (if applicable)
If you haven't received the money yet, please check your account again first.
Then contact your service provider or bank. It may take some time for your funds to be officially refunded.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your money, please contact us at info@pitex.lt.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately, refunds are not available for discounted items.

CHANGES (if applicable)
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail at info@pitex.lt and send the item to: Pramonės pr. 23, 51287 Kaunas, Lithuania (UAB "Pitextile").

DELIVERY
To return the product, you must send it by mail to: Pramonės pr. 23, 51287 Kaunas, Lithuania (UAB "Pitextile")

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


If you are sending an item over 50 EUR, you should consider using registered shipping with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item you sent is lost in the mail, the money for it will not be refunded.
