      First, let's talk about customer service. Unfortunately my order was somehow 'lost'. The delivery company (GLS) claimed my package was delivered at home and even confirmed with a signature (not mine!). Frustrated as I was with GLS, I contacted pitex about this misfortune. They were very understanding and offered me a new pillow case right away without any extra costs. This time, they chose Deutsche Post and the cover arrived safely!
      The cover itself is gorgeous, the material very solid yet soft. The print is flawless and of excellent quality. It was definitely worth the wait!
